Own don’t rent

Scrum Master plays a crucial role in the growth of the team and organizational agility. Scrum is easy to understand but hard to do.

Learning to apply practical Scrum Master skills takes more than theoretical knowledge.

This course builds upon your fundamental understanding of Scrum and, through practical skills development exercises, sets you on the path to becoming the best Scrum Master you can be.

Through hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and systems thinking puzzles, you will own your insights to transform your world of work.

Influence defeats power

Scrum Masters, through their service, enable higher performance for teams.

This course will help you sharpen your skills to expand your influence, overcome organizational resistance, improve teaminess, and improve at coaching.

We strongly believe that influential Scrum Masters are persuasive and bring people together.

Learn together, grow together

We recommend a group of Scrum Masters to join this course together, so your community of practice can develop shared strategies to tip the balance to becoming a product-led organization.

Dhaval is an excellent coach, teacher, mentor, and guide for teams and organizations seeking to learn more about Agile methodologies, organizational change, and how to chart a path forward to transform how they’re working together.

Dhaval’s artistry, good humor, and deep knowledge of what truly matters when people attempt to design and develop software products sets him apart from most Agile practitioners.

Taylor Hess

Technical Manager

Dhaval clearly presented the key disciplines and then masterfully applied them to student’s questions and professional work environments. He demonstrated a vast knowledge of various SDLC practices along with techniques for successfully infusing SCRUM into those methodologies. He facilitated numerous activities with just the right touch of intervention while letting our groups learn through practice.
