Our summer of Covid

I don’t want to be the millionth person to tell you that times are “unprecedented” — but, just like every single professional reading this, I’ve been busy navigating what my new normal would become.

It’s been challenging, to say the least.

I’ve had to discover new ways to:

  • Deliver certification instruction virtually.
  • Help professionals grow their skills during an ongoing pandemic.
  • Uncover the emerging practical skills of tomorrow’s Agile leaders.

Luckily, the same principles of servant leadership that serve as huge themes across our courses have helped Evolve Agility approach these new challenges with gratitude and perspective.

We know we can help people become better versions of themselves. And we are so lucky to work with professionals that choose to aim higher every day, despite the pandemic.

With remote work challenging every feature of high-performing teams, skilled leaders have never been more valuable. Because during times of prosperity and clarity, leaders are in name only.

It’s when adversity strikes that leaders truly earn the title.
